While at Aetna, Mr. Thompson also led the formation of a new informatics business, Aetna Health Information Solutions, managing the development and successful commercialization of its market-leading, patient-centric database and analytic services.  

Mr. Thompson also served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development for PHT Corporation, a provider of electronic patient recorded outcomes solutions.  In this role, he oversaw all functional areas, leading the company through rapid growth and the international commercialization of its mobile data capture solution. He joined PHT after successfully negotiating the company’s acquisition of Clinical Data Solutions, Inc. where he had been founder and CEO. 

Mr. Thompson received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire. 

In this role, he led all aspects of clinical product development, directed the Medical Advisory Group and handled business development activity targeting Medicare and Medicaid.

Prior to joining D2Hawkeye, Dr. Singh served as engagement manager at McKinsey and Company, where he helped construct comprehensive product quality and growth strategies for commercial and academic healthcare organizations, and developed and modeled electronic health records (EHR) adoption strategies by partnering with a variety of constituencies.

Dr. Singh received his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins Medical School and completed his residency in internal medicine at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He currently serves as both a part-time hospitalist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.

Prior to joining Proventys, Mr. Morello served as Managing Director of the Strategic Initiatives Division of Joslin Diabetes Center, a Harvard Medical Affiliate. In this role, he was responsible for managing the division’s operations and commercializing innovations through partnerships with industry leaders. While at Joslin, he also served as CEO of Veraxa Health, a spin-out venture focused on commercializing Joslin’s technology for detection of diabetic eye disease. Additionally, Mr. Morello spent nearly a decade at Mercer Management Consulting, most recently as a partner in the Strategy and Life Sciences practices. He also serves as a volunteer Executive Director of the Family Reach Foundation, a non-profit organization providing financial relief to families fighting pediatric cancers.

Mr. Morello holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

In these roles, Mr. Irek led the adoption of several enterprise application projects, providing counsel to executive management on innovation, and technology strategies to drive business growth. 

Mr. Irek also served as Principal Consultant for Tessa Group Inc., an independent, start-up consulting firm, where he leveraged experience, best practices and relationships to improve engineering, productivity and quality compliance for customers.  Additionally, Mr. Irek was Senior IT Architect for IBM, responsible for software development and high profile projects with major customers. 

Mr. Irek holds an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado and a B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Tierney brings with him more than 15 years of sales and management experience in personalized medicine and pharmaceuticals, most recently as the head of the pharmaceutical business unit at Eliza Corporation, a provider of interactive automated voice applications for the healthcare industry. Mr. Tierney also served as Director, Strategic Business Development for Aetna Health Information Solutions and Vice President of Sales for Vitivity, a subsidiary of Millennium Pharmaceuticals focused on personalized medicine. He was also Vice President of Sales at PHT Corporation, a provider of clinical trial management tools to pharmaceutical companies and Vice President National Accounts for the Payer Solutions Group at HBO and Company (now McKesson).

Mr. Tierney received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University and a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University.

While at HighRoads, Mr. Reilly raised more than 15 million dollars in equity and venture debt financing and developed infrastructure that enabled the company to scale operations. Prior to joining HighRoads, Mr. Reilly spent five years with PHT Corporation in various capacities. As Controller, he helped to raise 30 million dollars from strategic and financial investors. Additionally, as Global Director of Operations, he implemented systems and controls to help the business grow and scale rapidly.

Mr. Reilly received a Bachelor of Science degree from Merrimack College. He also holds a certified public accountant license.
